Procedure to be regulated by Authority
(1)
The office of the Authority shall be at Delhi.
(2)
The Authority shall regulate its own procedure.
(3)
All orders and decisions of the Authority shall be authenticated by an officer duly authorised by the Chairperson in this behalf.
