The Authority shall be established on such date as may be notified by the Central Government.
3A . The Authority shall be a body corporate by the name aforesaid having a perpetual succession and common seal with a power to acquire, hold or dispose of property, both moveable and immovable, and to contract and shall by the said name, sue or be sued.
