Withdrawal of Application filed under section 241

(1)

An application under clause (a) or clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 247 of the Act, shall not be withdrawn without the leave of the Tribunal.

(2)

An Application for withdrawal under sub-rule (1) shall be filed in the Form No. NCLT. 9.
