This is with reference to SEBI Circular No. HO/38/14/(4)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/10557/2026 dated April 29, 2026, Exchange notice no. 20260430-45 dated April 30, 2026, pertaining to Operationalisation of Past Risk and Return Verification Agency (“PaRRVA”).
In this regard, SEBI vide its Circular No. HO/38/14/(11)2026-MIRSD-POD1/I/18038/2026 dated August 03, 2026, has granted extension for “Enrolment with PaRRVA " till September 03, 2026.
SEBI circular is attached as Annexure A.
Research Analysts are requested to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
