To All Trading Members,

Sub: FATF Public statement on jurisdictions on call for action and increased monitoring – June 2026 Plenary

This is with reference to Exchange Circular Ref. No. NSE/ISC/75328 dated July 22, 2026, on “FATF Public statement on jurisdictions on call for action and increased monitoring - June 2026 Plenary”.

In furtherance to the aforesaid Circular, all Members are required to update the actions taken by them in the prescribed format in FATF module in “ENIT New Compliance”. If the same is not applicable, Members may select ‘not applicable’ and submit the declaration. Detailed procedure has been explained in the user manual attached as Annexure A.

The due date for submission shall be Friday, August 21, 2026. All Members are advised to comply with the aforesaid requirements within the prescribed timelines to avoid any penal charges/disciplinary actions for the non/late submission of information towards FATF public statement as prescribed vide Exchange Circular Ref. No. NSE/INSP/73792 Dated April 17, 2026.

Members are advised to take note of the contents of the Circular and ensure compliance.

MANUAL FOR FATF SUBMISSION

Step 1. Open Internet Explorer browser from the desktop using the URL - https://www.connect2nse.com/MemberPortal/home.jsp or https://enit.nseindia.com/MemberPortal/

Step 2. The Member shall login to the Member Portal by using the login credentials.

Step 3. Upon log in, the following screen will be displayed, click on 'ENIT NEW COMPLIANCE'

Step 4. Upon clicking ENIT NEW COMPLAINCE, the Member can follow the path for FATF as – Compliance >> FATF >> Member Submission.

Step 5. Upon clicking Member Submission, below page will appear, and two options “One time declaration” and “Data Submission” will be displayed:

A. ONE-TIME DECLARATION FOR PROPRIETARY TRADING MEMBERS

Members who are carrying out proprietary trading only and no data is to be submitted to the Exchange, may submit “One time declaration” as below:

B. MEMBERS OTHER THAN PROPRIETARY TRADING MEMBERS:

Members other than proprietary trading members shall submit their declaration in “Data Submission” Tab.

Select the “statement date” from the dropdown, and the below page will appear: -

Note: Content of Action required may vary from country to country. The above screen is only for reference.

For the jurisdiction and client details, members shall complete the applicable fields and upload client data in the exact jurisdiction sequence using the Excel provided as template without modifying its file name.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1. Select Jurisdiction: From the first given jurisdiction, choose the applicability, in case there is no client in given jurisdiction select as not applicable and submit the form. In case the jurisdiction is applicable, fill the required details in the text area, without using any special characters.

Step 2. Download Template: Click the option to download the sample client Excel file for the specific jurisdiction.

Step 3. Complete Client Data: Open the downloaded file, add your client information, and save the file without changing its original file name.

Step 4. Upload File: Upload the client information Excel file into the system for the specific jurisdiction.

Step 5. Repeat Sequence: If you have multiple applicable jurisdictions, proceed to the next jurisdiction in the sequence and update the “Action Taken by Members/Participants” in text area, download the “template excel file”, enter the “client information”, and upload the template excel file in the system.

Step 6. After the abovementioned steps, click on the “Save and View Declaration”. On clicking, the following pop-up will appear-

Step 7. Member is required to download the system generated pdf file and sign the file digitally. Post signature “signed pdf” should be uploaded in the system. At the time of uploading, naming convention of the document should be system generated file name followed by "-signed.pdf’

Note: The system generated pdf should be digitally signed by the Designated directors /Compliance Officer.

In case form is “saved” and pending for submission following message will appear:

Once digitally signed form is submitted pop-up message will be shown as “All mandated FATF declarations have been successfully filled for this submission.”

And acknowledgement mail will be sent on the compliance officer’s email address.

EDIT FUNCTIONALITY OF THE DECLARATION:

“Edit” Functionality is provided to rectify the incorrect submissions, if any. Members can edit their declaration by clicking “Edit” tab down-right side of the screen.

Members can only edit their declarations until the final submission. If the declaration has been submitted, “Edit” functionality will be disabled and submission cannot be edited.

FATF DECLARATION MIS:

After submitting the declaration, the member can view the submitted declaration by clicking on FATF -> FATF Declaration MIS.

After clicking on FATF Declaration MIS, the following page will appear

Members can click on the Search Button of the MIS page and view all the requests submitted by the member or the member can also search for specific data by entering data in the filter fields provided. Members can download the Excel files and PDF Files from the MIS by clicking on the download button. Members can also see the summary data submitted by clicking on the reference number.

DELETION OF INCORRECT DECLARATION:

Members can also delete their saved or submitted declaration for the ongoing submission, in case incorrect details are submitted. Member can select the incorrect declaration from the FATF Declaration MIS and can click on the “Delete” option at the right-hand side of the screen. Members can follow the steps below for deletion of incorrect declaration.

Members may delete their declarations up to the due date of the ongoing submission. Post due date, “Delete” functionality will be disabled and submissions cannot be deleted.

Step 1. For deletion of incorrect declaration, member can select on “FATF Declaration MIS” Tab and then below screen will be appear:

REVOCATION OF ONE-TIME DECLARATION:

Members may also revoke their One-time declaration and may change their status for submission of country-wise declaration as per the applicability.
