We are engineers and product people. We can fetch a notification and summarise it, but we do not sit across from clients at filing time, and it shows in the things we miss. That is the gap you fill. When a circular changes how something is actually done, when a summary is technically correct but useless, when we have flagged something trivial and buried something that matters, we want to hear it from someone who does the work.
In practice this looks like reviewing a batch of our tax and audit updates and marking what is right, what is off, and what is missing. Pointing us at the notifications that genuinely change how you advise clients, and the ones that are noise. Helping us get the language right so a summary reads the way a professional would explain it, not the way a press release would. Over time, helping shape what the desk covers and how deep it goes.
You are a practising or recently practising CA who stays close to direct tax, GST, or audit. You do not need to write or code anything. You need to read closely, disagree clearly, and explain why in a way we can act on.
