By accessing or using Complied AI, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or product workflows.

Complied AI provides statutory update tracking, source-law reading, and section Q&A workflows for Indian compliance research. You may use the product for lawful internal research, review, learning, and workflow support.

You are responsible for checking official sources, applying the law to your facts, meeting filing and payment deadlines, preserving records, and obtaining professional advice where needed. Do not rely on Complied AI as the final authority for a live compliance, tax, legal, accounting, or regulatory decision.

Complied AI may show summaries, tags, dates, source links, Act text, section text, and AI-generated answers. We aim to keep this useful and source-led, but content may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, or unavailable. Official documents and applicable law control.

AI answers are generated by a model and can be wrong. You must review them before use. Do not submit confidential, privileged, regulated, or sensitive information unless you have authority and the information is appropriate for AI processing.

Do not misuse Complied AI, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape in a way that harms availability, submit malware, probe security without permission, infringe rights, impersonate others, or use the product for unlawful activity.

Complied AI's brand, interface, page designs, summaries, data organization, and product workflows belong to Complied AI or its licensors. Source statutes, circulars, notifications, regulator documents, and other official materials remain subject to their respective public source terms and applicable law.

We do not claim that a person, firm, company, or institution is a customer unless that proof has been approved. Names used in source coverage, audience descriptions, or target workflow examples are not endorsements unless expressly stated.

The product may change, pause, lose access to source pages, contain defects, or be unavailable. We may update routes, content, features, policies, and these terms as the product moves from research workflows toward a more mature ingestion and user system.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Complied AI is provided without warranties and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on incomplete updates, AI answers, source parsing, broken links, missed deadlines, or use of the product for professional decisions.
