Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers paid subscription plans for Complied AI. Paid plans are not live yet, so no charges are currently taken. These terms will apply once billing is enabled, and the current plan price, billing period, and any trial will be shown clearly before you pay.

Paid plans are expected to run as recurring subscriptions billed in advance for each billing period, monthly or annual as selected at checkout. The subscription renews automatically for the next period unless you cancel before it renews.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals, so you will not be charged again after it takes effect. You keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Because access to the product and its statutory data is available immediately, fees for a billing period are non-refundable once that period has started. Cancelling stops future billing rather than refunding the current period. We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a period unless required by applicable law.

If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same period, or charged after a valid cancellation, contact us and we will review it and refund a verified incorrect charge. We may also grant a refund at our discretion in genuine cases, without changing the general policy above.

To cancel, ask about a charge, or request a refund, email hello@complied.ai from your account email address. Include the plan and the date or reference of the charge so we can locate it. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the time to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

We may update this policy as plans and billing are finalised. The version shown at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. These terms should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
