Maintain maternity-benefit compliance continuously under Chapter VI and rules 35 to 37. Keep Form XXII, provide the two 15-minute nursing breaks, and provide a creche where the establishment ordinarily has 50 or more employees. The separate maternity annual return is now part of Form XXIII.
