The monitoring agency report under Reg 32(6) is due within 45 days of the end of each quarter while a monitoring agency is appointed. It is a separate item and does not use the Integrated Filing (Financial) deadline.

Common questions

Is this report part of Integrated Filing (Financial)?

The sweep did not establish that it is. Reg 32(6) gives the report its own 45-day deadline, and SEBI did not list it among the Integrated Filing items. Treat it as a separate submission unless the exchanges issue different guidance.
