An establishment within the central standing-orders rules must adopt the Model Standing Orders with notice to the certifying officer or submit draft standing orders for certification. An appeal is due within 60 days of the certifying officer's order. The duty is event-based rather than a recurring annual filing.
The 1946 Central Rules were superseded for the matters covered by the 2026 Rules.
