प्रयोग करते हुए, पॉजलएस्ट्टर कांटीजनयुि दिलामेंट िुल्ली ड्रॉन यानव (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) अदेि, 2022 को ईन बातों के
जसर्ाय ऄजधक्ांत करते हुए, जजन्द्हें ऐसे ऄजधक्मण से पूर्व दकया गया है या करने का लोप दकया गया है, भारतीय मानक
ब्यूरो से परामिव करने के पश्चात, यह राय है दक लोकजहत में ऐसा करना अर्श्यक या समीचीन है, जनम्नजलजखत अदेि
करती है, ऄथावत्:-
1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ—(1) आस अदेि का संजिप्त नाम पॉजलएस्ट्टर कांटीजनयुि दिलामेंट िुल्ली ड्रॉन यानव (गुणर्त्ता
जनयंत्रण) अदेि, 2023 है।
(2) यह तारीख 05 ऄक्टूबर, 2023 को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।
(3) यह नीचे दी गइ सारणी के स्ट्तंभ (1) में जर्जनर्ददष्ट माल या र्स्ट्तुओं पर लागू होगा और ऐसे माल या र्स्ट्तुओं पर लागू
नहीं होगा जो जनयावत के जलए बनी हैं।
2. मानकों के साथ ऄनुरूपता और मानक जचह्न का ऄजनर्ायव ईपयोग— ईक्त सारणी के स्ट्तंभ (1) में जर्जनर्ददष्ट माल या
र्स्ट्तुएं, ईक्त सारणी के स्ट्तंभ (3) में भारतीय मानक का नाम धारण करते हुए स्ट्तंभ (2) में ददए गए तत्संबंधी भारतीय

मानक के ऄनुरूप होंगीं और भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो (ऄनुरूपता जनधावरण) जर्जनयम, 2018 की ऄनुसूची-2 की स्ट्कीम-1 के
ऄनुसार भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो की, दकसी ऄनुज्ञजप्त के ऄधीन मानक जचह्न धारण करेंगी।
3. प्रमाणन और प्रर्तवन प्राजधकारी—ईक्त सारणी के स्ट्तंभ (1) में जर्जनर्ददष्ट मालों या र्स्ट्तुओं के संबंध में भारतीय मानक
ब्यूरो प्रमाणन और प्रर्तवन प्राजधकारी होगा।
4. ईल्लंघन के जलए िाजस्ट्त — कोइ भी व्यजक्त जो आस अदेि के ईपबंधों का ईल्लंघन करता है, ईक्त ऄजधजनयम के
ईपबंधों के ऄधीन दंडनीय होगा।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 17th July, 2023
S.O. 3193(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section
25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) and in
supersession of the Polyester Continuous Filament Fully Drawn Yarn (Quality Control) Order, 2022, except as
respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government after consulting the
Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby
makes the following Order, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. — (1) This Order may be called the Polyester Continuous Filament Fully
Drawn Yarn (Quality Control) Order, 2023.
(2) It shall come into force on the 05th day of October, 2023.
(3) It shall apply to goods or article specified in column (1) of the Table below and shall not apply to goods or
article meant for export.
2. Conformity to standards and compulsory use of Standard Mark— Goods or article specified in column
(1) of the said Table shall conform to the corresponding Indian Standard given in column (2) bearing the title of
the Indian Standard in column (3) of the said Table and shall bear the Standard Mark under a licence from the
Bureau of Indian Standards as per Scheme-I of Schedule-II of the Bureau of Indian Standards (Conformity Assessment)
Regulations, 2018.
3. Certification and enforcement authority— In respect of the goods or article specified in column (1) of
the said table, the Bureau of Indian Standards shall be the certifying and enforcing authority.
4. Penalty for contravention—Any person who contravenes the provisions of this Order shall be punishable
under the provisions of the said Act.

पॉजलएस्ट्टर आंडजस्ट्रयल यानव (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) अदेि, 2022 के पैरा 1 में, ईप-पैरा (3) में, जनम्नजलजखत परंतुक
ऄंतः स्ट्थाजपत दकया जाएगा, ऄथावत्:—
"बिते दक आस अदेि का कुछ भी 500 (पााँच सौ) डेजनयसव से कम पर लागू नहीं होगा"

S.O. 3196(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act,
2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards is of the opinion that it is
necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following order further to amend the
Polyester Industrial Yarn (Quality Control) Order, 2022, namely:-
1.
Short title and commencement.—(1) This order may be called the Polyester Industrial Yarn (Quality
Control) Second Amendment Order, 2023.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
In the Polyester Industrial Yarn (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (3), the
following proviso shall be inserted, namely: —
"Provided that nothing in this Order shall apply to less than 500 (five hundred) deniers”
