का.आ. 5177(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार की,भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 17 और धारा
25 की उप-धारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने के
पश्चात, यह राय है दक लोकजहत में ऐसा करना आर्श्यक है, जनम्नजलजखत आदेि करती है, अथावत्:-
1.
संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ- (1) इस आदेि का संजिप्त नाम उर्वरकों की पैकेजजग के जलए कपडा-उच्च घनत्र् के पॉलीएजथलीन
(एचडीपीई)/पॉलीप्रोजपलीन(पीपी) बुने हुए बोरें (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2023 है।
(2) यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख से एक सौ अस्ट्सी ददन के पश्चात प्रर्ृत्त होगा।
2.
लागू होना- यह इस आदेि में उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (1) में जर्जनर्ददष्ट माल या र्स्ट्तुओं पर लागू होगा और ऐसे माल या
र्स्ट्तुओं पर लागू नहीं होगा जो जनयावत के जलए बनी हैं।
3.
मानकों के साथ अनुरूपता और मानक जचह्न का अजनर्ायव उपयोग- उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (1) में जर्जनर्ददष्ट माल या र्स्ट्तुएं,
उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) में जर्जनर्ददष्ट तत्संबंधी भारतीय मानक के अनुरूप होंगीं और भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो (अनुरूपता जनधावरण)
जर्जनयम, 2018 की अनुसूची-2 की स्ट्कीम-1 के अनुसार भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो की, दकसी अनुज्ञजप्त के अधीन मानक जचह्न धारण
करेंगी।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 6th December, 2023
S.O. 5177(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with section 17 and sub-section (3)
of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government is of the opinion that
it is necessary so to do in the public interest and after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby makes the
following Order, namely: -
1.
Short title and commencement– (1) This order may be called the Textiles—High Density Polyethylene
(HDPE) /Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging Fertilizers (Quality Control) Order, 2023.
(2) It shall come into force on the expiry of one hundred and eighty days from the date of its publication in the
Official Gazette.
2. Application- It shall apply to goods or article specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed in this Order and
shall not apply to goods or article meant for export.
3.
Conformity to standard and compulsory use of Standard Mark- Goods or article specified in column (1) of
the said Schedule shall conform to the corresponding Indian Standard specified in column (2) of the said Schedule and
shall bear the Standard Mark under a licence from the Bureau of Indian Standards in accordance with Scheme-I of
Schedule-II to the Bureau of Indian Standards (Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018.
4.
Certifying and enforcing authority- The Bureau of Indian Standards shall be the certifying and enforcing
authority in respect of the goods or article specified in column (1) of the said Schedule.

(2) यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख से एक सौ अस्ट्सी ददन के पश्चात प्रर्ृत्त होगा।
2.
लागू होना- यह इस आदेि में उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (1) में जर्जनर्ददष्ट माल या र्स्ट्तुओं पर लागू होगा और ऐसे माल या
र्स्ट्तुओं पर लागू नहीं होगा जो जनयावत के जलए बनी हैं।
3.
मानकों के साथ अनुरूपता और मानक जचह्न का अजनर्ायव उपयोग- उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (1) में जर्जनर्ददष्ट माल या र्स्ट्तुएं,
उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) में जर्जनर्ददष्ट तत्संबंधी भारतीय मानक के अनुरूप होंगीं और भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो (अनुरूपता जनधावरण)
जर्जनयम, 2018 की अनुसूची-2 की स्ट्कीम-1 के अनुसार भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो की, दकसी अनुज्ञजप्त के अधीन मानक जचह्न धारण
करेंगी।
4.

का.आ. 5181(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार की, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 17 और
धारा 25 की उप-धारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने के
पश्चात, यह राय है दक लोकजहत में ऐसा करना आर्श्यक है, जनम्नजलजखत आदेि करती है, अथावत्:-
1.
संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ- (1) इस आदेि का संजिप्त नाम डाक की छंटाई, भंडारण, पठरर्हन और जर्तरण के जलए कपडा-
पॉलीप्रोजपलीन (पीपी)/ उच्च घनत्र् के पॉलीएजथलीन (एचडीपीई) लैजमनेठटड बुने हुए बोरें (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2023 है।
(2) यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख से एक सौ अस्ट्सी ददन के पश्चात प्रर्ृत्त होगा।

लागू होनााः- यह इस आदेि में उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (1) में जर्जनर्ददष्ट माल या र्स्ट्तुओं पर लागू होगा और ऐसे माल या
र्स्ट्तुओं पर लागू नहीं होगा जो जनयावत के जलए बनी हैं।
3.
मानकों के साथ अनुरूपता और मानक जचह्न का अजनर्ायव उपयोग- उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (1) में जर्जनर्ददष्ट माल या र्स्ट्तुएं,
उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) में जर्जनर्ददष्ट तत्संबंधी भारतीय मानक के अनुरूप होंगीं और भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो (अनुरूपता जनधावरण)
जर्जनयम, 2018 की अनुसूची-2 की स्ट्कीम-1 के अनुसार भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो की, दकसी अनुज्ञजप्त के अधीन मानक जचह्न धारण
करेंगी।
4.
प्रमाणन और प्रर्तवन प्राजधकारी- उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (1) में जर्जनर्ददष्ट मालों या र्स्ट्तुओं के संबंध में भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो
प्रमाणन और प्रर्तवन प्राजधकारी होगा।

ठटप्पण : अनुसूची के प्रयोजनाथव, यह स्ट्पष्ट दकया जाता है दक भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 2 के
खंड 17 के उपबंधों के अनुसार ब्यूरो द्वारा समय-समय पर स्ट्थाजपत और प्रकाजित भारतीय मानक का नर्ीनतम संस्ट्करण,
ऐसी अजधसूचना की तारीख से लागू होगा।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 6th December, 2023
S.O. 5181(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with section 17 and sub-section (3)
of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government is of the opinion that
it is necessary so to do in the public interest and after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby makes the
following Order, namely: -
1.
Short title and commencement- (1) This order may be called the Textiles — Polypropylene (PP)/High Density
Polyethylene (HDPE) Laminated Woven Sacks for Mail Sorting, Storage, Transport and Distribution (Quality
Control) Order, 2023.
(2) It shall come into force on the expiry of one hundred and eighty days from the date of its publication in the
Official Gazette.
2.
Application- It shall apply to goods or article specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to this Order and
shall not apply to goods or article meant for export.
3.
Conformity to standard and compulsory use of Standard Mark- Goods or article specified in column (1) of
the said Schedule shall conform to the corresponding Indian Standard specified in column (2) of the said Schedule and
shall bear the Standard Mark under a licence from the Bureau of Indian Standards in accordance with Scheme-I of
Schedule-II to the Bureau of Indian Standards (Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018.
4.
Certifying and enforcing authority- The Bureau of Indian Standards shall be the certifying and enforcing
authority in respect of the goods or article specified in column (1) of the said Schedule.
