का.आ. 4326(अ).— भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 17 और धारा
25 की उपधारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 की उपधारा (1) और (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए,
केंद्र सरकार की राय है दक ऐसा करना सावविजनक जहत में है, और भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने के बाद,
एतद्द्वारा, जनम्नजलजखत आदेि बनाया िाता है, नामत: -
1.
संजिप्त िीर्वक और प्रारंभ – (1) इस आदेि को इंडूटैक (गुणवत् ता जनयंरण) आदेि, 2024 कहा िा
िाएगा।
(2) यह आदेि ददनांक 1 अप्रैल,2025 से प्रवृत्त होगा।
परंतु यह दक सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम जवकास अजधजनयम, 2006 (2006 का 27) के अंतगवत
पठरभाजर्त लघु और सूक्ष्म उद्यमों (केवल घरेलू उत्पादन के जलए) के जलए, यह आदेि ददनांक 1 िुलाई,
2025 से प्रवृत्त होगा।
2.
प्रयोज् यता - यह आदेि इस आदेि के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) में जनर्दवष्ट सामानों या वस्ट्तुओं
पर लागू होगा, परंतु जनयावत के जलए बने ऐसे सामानों या वस्ट्तुओं पर लागू नहीं होगा।

मानक जचह्न का अजनवायव उपयोग - उि अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) में जनर्दवष्ट सामान या वस्ट्तु उसके
कॉलम (3) में जनर्दवष्ट संबंजधत भारतीय मानक के अनुरूप होगी और भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो (अनुरूपता
मूल्यांकन) जवजनयम, 2018 की अनुसूची-II की योिना-I के अनुसार भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से लाइसेंस के
तहत मानक जचह्न धारण करेगी।
4.
प्रमाणन और प्रवतवन प्राजधकारी - भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो उि अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) में जनर्दवष्ट सामानों
या वस्ट्तुओं के संबंध में प्रमाणन और प्रवतवन प्राजधकारी होगा।

नोट: अनुसूची के प्रयोिनों के जलए, यह स्ट्पष्ट दकया िाता है दक भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो द्वारा भारतीय
मानक अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 2 के खंड (17) के प्रावधानों के अनुसार समय-समय पर
स्ट्थाजपत और प्रकाजित भारतीय मानकों का नवीनतम संस्ट्करण, ऐसे प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रभावी होगा।

Order
New Delhi, the 3 Octomber, 2024
S.O. 4326(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section
16 read with section 17 and sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act,
2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the
public interest and after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby makes the following
Order, namely:-
1.
Short title and commencement. – (1) This Order may be called the Indutech (Quality
Control) Order, 2024.
(2) This order shall come into force on 1st April, 2025.
Provided that for Small and Micro Enterprises (for domestic production only), as defined
under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006), it
shall come into force on 1st July 2025.
2.
Application. – This Order shall apply to goods or article specified in column (2) of the
Schedule annexed to this Order, but shall not apply to such goods or article meant for
export.
3.
Compulsory use of Standard Mark. – The goods or article specified in column (2) of the
said Schedule shall conform to the corresponding Indian Standard specified in column (3)
thereof and shall bear the Standard Mark under a licence from the Bureau of Indian
Standards in accordance with Scheme-I of Schedule-II to the Bureau of Indian Standards
(Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018.

4.
Certifying and enforcement authority. – The Bureau of Indian Standards shall be the
certifying and enforcing authority in respect of the goods or article specified in column (2)
of the said Schedule.

Note: For the purposes of the Schedule, it is clarified that the latest version of Indian
Standards established and published by the Bureau of Indian Standards from time to time in
accordance with the provisions of clause (17) of section 2 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act,
2016 (11 of 2016), shall apply from the date of such publication.
