का.आ. 695(अ).— भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 25 की उप-धारा (3)
के साथ परित धारा 16 की उप-धारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केंद्र सरकार का, भारतीय मानक ब् यूरो
से परामिध करने के बाद, यह म त ह दक यह िनजहत में आव् यक अथवा जहतकर ह , अत: एतद्द्वारा, एयर कंडीिनर और
इसके संबद्ध पुिे, हमेरिक कंप्रेसर और िेम् परेरर सेंिंसंग क् रोल् स (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 201 में संिोधन करने के
जलए जनम् नजलजखत आदेि करती ह , नामत :-
1.
(1) इस आदेि को एयर कंडीिनर और इसके संबद्ध पुिे, हमेरिक कंप्रेसर और िेम् परेरर सेंिंसंग क् रोल् स
(गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आदेि, 2025 कहा िाएगा।
(2) यह आदेि आजधकाररक रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख से लागू होगा।
2. एयर कंडीिनर और इसके संबद्ध पुिे, हमेरिक कंप्रेसर और िेम् परेरर सेंिंसंग क् रोल् स (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि,
201 , प राग्राफ 2 में, दूसरे परंतुक के बाद, जनम्नजलजखत परंतुक अंतर्वधष् ि दकया िाएगा, नामतः
“बिते यह भी दक इस आदेि की कोई भी बात, एयर कंडीििंनंग और प्रिीतन उपकरण और संबंजधत भागों के जवजनमाधताओं
के जलए एयर कंडीिनर और इसके संबद्ध पुिे, हमेरिक कंप्रेसर और िेम् परेरर सेंिंसंग क् रोल् स (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण) संिोधन
आदेि, 2025 प्रारंभ होने की तारीख से एक वर्ध तक 7000 वॉि (2िीआर) से अजधक क्षमता वाले हमेरिक कंप्रेसरों पर
लागू नहीं होगी: ”

नोि:-मूल आदेि भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप खंड (ii) में का.आ. संख् या 4354(अ),
ददनांक 5 ददसंबर, 201 द्वारा प्रकाजित दकया गया था और बाद में अजधसूरना संख्या का.आ. 1518(अ),
ददनांक 18 मई, 2020, का.आ. 4671(अ), ददनांक 22 ददसंबर, 2020, का.आ. 50 5(अ), ददनांक 8 ददसंबर,
2021, का.आ. 5 72(अ), ददनांक 21 ददसंबर, 2022 और का.आ. 32(अ), ददनांक 2 िनवरी, 2024 द्वारा
संिोजधत दकया गया।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 11th February, 2025
S.O. 695(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of
the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau, is of the
opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Air
Conditioner and its related Parts, Hermetic Compressor and Temperature Sensing Controls (Quality Control) Order,
2019, namely:-
1. (1) This Order may be called the Air Conditioner and its related Parts, Hermetic Compressor and Temperature
Sensing Controls (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Air Conditioner and its related Parts, Hermetic Compressor and Temperature Sensing Controls (Quality
Control) Order, 2019, in paragraph 2, after the second proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-.
“Provided also that nothing in this order shall apply to Hermetic Compressors of more than 7000 W (2TR) capacity
for one year from the date of commencement of the Air Conditioner and its related Parts, Hermetic Compressor and
Temperature Sensing Controls (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025 to the manufacturers of Air conditioning
and Refrigeration equipment and related parts : ”
