का.आ. 5090(अ).—भारतीय मानक ब् यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 17 और धारा 25 की उप-
धारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 की उप-धारा (1) और उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत् त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द रीय
सरकार का यह मत है दक लोक जहत में ऐसा करना आवश् यक है और भारतीय मानक ब् यूरो से परामिश के पश् चात्
एल्युजमजनयम और एल्युजमजनयम जमश्र धातु (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2023 में संिोधन करने के जलए जनम् नजलजखत
आदेि पाठरत करती है, अथाशत्:-
1. संजिप् त नाम और प्रारंभ –(1) इस आदेि का संजिप् त नाम एल्युजमजनयम और एल्युजमजनयम जमश्र धातु (गुणवत्ता
जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आदेि, 2023 है।
(2) यह आजधकाठरक रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत् त होगा।
2. एल्युजमजनयम और एल्युजमजनयम जमश्र धातु (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2023 में, पैराग्राफ 1 में, उप-पैराग्राफ (2) के
जलए, जनम् नजलजखत उप-पैराग्राफ प्रजतस्ट् थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथाशत्: –

ORDER
New Delhi, the 30th November, 2023
S.O. 5090(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 16 read with
section 17 and sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central
Government is of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest and after consulting the Bureau of
Indian Standards, hereby makes the following Order to amend the Aluminium and Aluminium Alloys (Quality
Control) Order, 2023, namely: -
1.
Short title and commencement – (1) This Order may be called the Aluminium and Aluminium Alloys
(Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Aluminium and Aluminium Alloys (Quality Control) Order, 2023, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph
(2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: -
“(2) This Order shall come into force with effect from 01.06.2024.”
