का.आ. 777(अ).— भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार का, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामर्श करने के बाद यह मत है कि यह जनहित में आवश्यक अथवा हितकर है, अतः एतद्द्वारा उक्त तालिका के कॉलम (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण आदेशों में, कॉलम (3) में संबंधित प्रविष्टियों में विनिर्दिष्ट सीमा तक, निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-

(नोट: उपर्युक्त क्रम संख्या 1 से 8 के कॉलम (3) में प्रतिस्थापित/जोड़े जाने वाले परंतुक का पाठ निम्नलिखित है:)
बशर्ते कि इस आदेश में कुछ भी सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय के उद्यम पोर्टल के तहत पंजीकृत ऐसे उद्यम द्वारा विनिर्मित वस्तुओं या सामग्री पर लागू नहीं होगा, जिसमें वास्तविक लागत पर संयंत्र और मशीनरी या उपकरण में निवेश, एक करोड़ रुपए से अधिक नहीं है और कारोबार चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट द्वारा प्रमाणित किए गए अनुसार पिछले वित्त वर्ष के लिए पांच करोड़ रुपए से अधिक नहीं है।
- यह अधिसूचना आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होगी।

New Delhi, the 12th February, 2026
S.O. 777(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient in the public interest, after consulting the Bureau hereby makes the following amendments in the Quality Control Orders specified in column (2) to the extent specified in the corresponding entries in column (3), of the said Table, namely :-

(Note: The text of the proviso to be substituted/inserted in column (3) of serial numbers 1 to 8 above is as follows:)
Provided that nothing in this order shall apply to goods or articles manufactured by an enterprise, registered under Udyam Portal of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, wherein the investment in plant and machinery or equipment at original cost does not exceed rupees one crore and the turnover do not exceed rupees five crore for the previous financial year as certified by a Chartered Accountant.
- This Notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
