प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय, रसायन एर्ं पेरोरसायन जर्भाग द्वारा प्रकाजित बीटा
जपकोलीन (क् र्ाजलटी जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2020 में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है, अर्ावत्:-
उक् त आदेि में, पैराग्राफ 1 में, उप-पैराग्राफ (2) के जलये, जनम्नजलजखत उप-पैराग्राफ रखा िाएगा, अर्ावत्:-"(2)
यह आदेि 13 मार्व, 2026 को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।"

ORDER
New Delhi, the 11th March, 2025
S.O. 1123(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards
Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Beta Picoline (Quality
Control) Order, 2020 published by the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Chemicals and
Petrochemicals, namely:─
In the said order, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted,
namely:─
“(2) This order shall come into force on the 13th March, 2026.”

Note:
The principal order for Beta Picoline was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,
Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide notification number S.O. 1892(E) dated the 16th June, 2020. Subsequently
amended vide notification numbers S.O. 4409(E) dated the 4th December, 2020, S.O. 1678(E) dated the
19th April, 2021, S.O 1138(E) dated the 11th March, 2022, S.O. 3766(E) dated the 11th August, 2022,
S.O. 535(E) dated the 2nd February, 2023, S.O. 3297(E) dated the 21st July, 2023 and S.O. 1068(E)
