का.आ. 884(अ).— भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिधनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की िारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त शधियों
का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार का, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामशश करने के बाद, यह मत है कक यह जनधहत में आवश्यक
अथवा धहतकर है, अत: एतद्वारा ताांबा उत्पाद (गुणवत्ता धनयांत्रण) आदेश, 2024 को सांशोधित करने के धिए धनम्नधिधित
आदेश करती है, नामत:-
1. (1) इस आदेश को ताांबा उत्पाद (गुणवत्ता धनयांत्रण) सांशोिन आदेश, 2025 कहा जाएगा।
(2) यह आधिकाररक राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीि से िागू होगा।
2. ताांबा उत्पाद (गुणवत्ता धनयांत्रण) आदेश, 2024 के, पैराग्राफ 2 में, दूसरे परांतुक के बाद, धनम्नधिधित परांतुक अांतर्सथाशधपत
ककया जाएगा, अथाशत्:-

बशते कक यह आदेश ताांबा उत्पाद (गुणवत्ता धनयांत्रण) सांशोिन आदेश, 2025 के प्रारांभ से 31 मार्श, 2025 तक की अवधि
के धिए नीर्े दी गई ताधिका के कॉिम (1) के अांतगशत उधलिधित उपकरण या उत्पाद या उप-सांयोजन या घटक का भारत
में धवधनमाशण करने के प्रयोजन के धिए ककसी धवधनमाशता द्वारा आयाधतत सामान या वर्सतु पर, उि सारणी के कॉिम (2) के
अांतगशत सामान या वर्सतु के धवधनर्दशष्ट मूलय तक िागू नहीं होगा, अथाशत: -

ORDER
New Delhi, the 19th February, 2025
S.O. 884(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016
(11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is
necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following Order to amend the Copper Product
(Quality Control) Order, 2024, namely:-
1. (1) This Order may be called the Copper Product (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2 . In the Copper Product (Quality Control) Order, 2024, in paragraph 2, after the second proviso, the following proviso
shall be inserted, namely: -
Provided also that this order shall not apply from the commencement of the Copper Products (Quality Control)
Amendment Order, 2025 for a period upto the 31st March, 2025 to goods or articles imported by a manufacturer for the
purposes of manufacturing equipment or product or sub-assemblies or component in India mentioned under column (1)
of the Table below, upto the value of goods or articles specified under columns (2) of the said Table, namely: -
