उत्पाि श्रेजणयों के आिेि के कायाचन्ियि के जलए समयसीमा में जिस्ट्तार |
का.आ. 1363(अ).—िबदक भारतीय मािक ब्यूरो अजधजियम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 25 की उपधारा
(3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 की उपधारा (1) और (2) प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार िे 26 अप्रैल, 2023
को भारत के रािपत्र में प्रकाजित एस. ओ. संख्या 1929(ई) के िठरए "इलेक्ट्रॉजिकी और सूचिा प्रौद्योजगकी माल (अजििायच
पंिीकरण के जलए आिश्यकताएं) आिेि, 2021" की अिुसूची के क्रम संख्या 64 पर “टेलीजिज़ि सेट्स” को आई० एस०
18112:2022 के अिुपालि हेतु िोड़ा था। इस आिेि के प्रभािी होिे की जतजथ 26 अप्रैल, 2025 थी। और, िबदक, आिेि
के सुचारू कायाचन्ियि के जलए इसमें पेि आ रही समस्ट्याओं पर जहतधारकों के साथ चचाच की गई है और िबदक, उद्योग िे
आिेि के अिुपालि के जलए अजधक समय मांगा है, एतिद्वारा अजधसूजचत दकया िाता है दक आिेि के कायाचन्ियि की जतजथ
26 अक्ट्टूबर, 2025 तक बढा िी गई है।

2021 के एस. ओ. संख्या 2844(ई), दििांक 26 अप्रैल, 2023 के एस. ओ. संख्या 1929(ई), दििांक 9 अप्रैल, 2024
के एस. ओ. संख्या 1652(ई) और दििांक 9 अक्ट्टूबर, 2024 के का.आ. संख्या 4378(ई) के माध्यम से प्रकाजित दकया
गया था।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th March, 2025
Subject: Extension in timelines for the implementation of the Order for product categories included in the
schedule of CRO vide S.O. 1929(E) published in Gazette of India on 26th April, 2023
S.O. 1363(E).—Whereas in exercise of the powers conferred sub-section (1) and (2) of section 16 read with
sub section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016, (11 of 2016), the Central Government, vide
S.O. no 1929 (E) published in Gazette of India on 26th April, 2023, had added “Television Sets” at Sl. No 64 of the
Schedule of the “Electronics and Information Technology Goods (Requirements for Compulsory Registration) Order,
2021” for compliance to IS 18112: 2022. The date of coming into effect of this Order was 26th April, 2025. And,
Whereas, the issues involved have been discussed with the stakeholders for smooth implementation of the Order and
whereas, the industry has sought more time for compliance of the Order, it is hereby notified that the date of
implementation of the Order stands extended to 26th, October, 2025.
