का.आ. 3701(अ).—भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 25 की उप-धारा (3)
के साथ परित धारा 16 की उप-धारा (1) और (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केंद्र सरकार का, भारतीय
मानक ब् यूरो से परामिध करने के बाद, यह म त है दक यह िनजहत में आवश् यक अथवा जहतकर है, अत: एतद्द्वारा, सभी रबड़
और सभी पॉलीमर सामग्री से बने फुटजवयर और इसके घटक (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2024 में संिोधन करने के जलए
जनम् नजलजखत आदेि करती है, नामत: -
1.
(1) इस आदेि को सभी रबड़ और सभी पॉलीमर सामग्री से बने फुटजवयर और इसके घटक (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण)
संिोधन आदेि, 2024 कहा िाएगा।
(2) यह आदेि आजधकाररक रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख से लागू होगा।
2. सभी रबड़ और सभी पॉलीमर सामग्री से बने फुटजवयर और इसके घटक (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2024 के,
पैराग्राफ 2 में, पांचवें परंतुक के स्ट् थान पर, जनम्नजलजखत परंतुक प्रजतस्ट् थाजपत दकया िाएगा, नामतः,

“बिते यह भी दक इस आदेि के लागू होने से पहले जनर्मधत या आयाजतत फुटजवयर के स्ट्टॉक को भारतीय मानक
ब्यूरो जचह्न के जबना, 31 िुलाई, 2026 तक की अवजध के जलए बेचने अथवा प्रदर्िधत करने अथवा बेचने का
प्रस्ट् ताव करने की अनुमजत होगी।”

ORDER
New Delhi, the 30th August, 2024
S.O. 3701(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of section 16 read with sub-
section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after
consulting the Bureau of Indian standards, is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public
interest, hereby makes the following Order to amend the Footwear made from All Rubber and all Polymeric
Material and its Components (Quality Control) Order, 2024, namely:-
1. (1) This Order may be called the Footwear made from All Rubber and all Polymeric Material and its
Components (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024.
(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
2. In the Footwear Made from All Rubber and all Polymeric Material and its Components (Quality Control) Order,
2024, in paragraph 2, for the fifth proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted namely:
“Provided also that the stock of footwear without Bureau of Indian Standards Mark, manufactured or
imported prior to the commencement of this Order, shall be permitted to be sold or displayed or offered to be
sold for a period upto the 31stJuly, 2026”.
