का.आ. 3729(अ).— िबदक, केंद्रीय सरकार ने लोकजित में और भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों के तित, एन-ब्यूटाइल एदिलेट (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2021 को (जिसे इसके पश्चात उि आदेि किा िाएगा) का.आ. 5438(अ) के तित ददनांक 24 ददसंबर, 2021 को अजधसूजित दकया िै।
और िबदक, र्ैजिक स्ट्तर पर व्याप्त संकट को देखते हुए, केंद्रीय सरकार ने ब्यूरो के परामिव से आपूर्तव श्रंखला में व्यर्धान का संज्ञान जलया िै और आिस्ट्त िै दक एन-ब्यूटाइल एदिलेट की उपलब्धता सुजनजश्चत करने के जलए, उि आदेि के प्रर्तवन को अस्ट्थायी रूप से जनलंजबत करना आर्श्यक और समीिीन िै;
अत: अब, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 25 की उपधारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और यि राय रखते हुए दक लोकजित में ऐसा करना आर्श्यक िै, केंद्रीय सरकार भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने के पश्चात उि आदेि में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती िै, अथावत्:-

एन-ब्यूटाइल एदिलेट (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2021 के पैरा 2 में, परंतुक में, “10 िुलाई, 2026” के अंक, अक्षरों तथा िब्दों के स्ट्थान पर “31 िुलाई, 2026” अंक, अक्षरों तथा िब्दों को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा।

नोट: एन-ब्यूटाइल एदिलेट (क्वाजलटी ननयंत्रण) आदेश, 2021 भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में का.आ. 5438(अ) के तित तारीख 24 ददसंबर, 2021 को प्रकानशत ककया गया था और इसका अंनतम बार संिोधन ददनांक 10 अप्रैल, 2026 की अनधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1854(अ) द्वारा ककया गया था।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 9th July, 2026
S.O. 3729(E).— Whereas, the Central Government has notified the n-Butyl Acrylate (Quality Control) Order, 2021 vide S.O. 5438 (E), dated 24th December, 2021 (hereinafter to referred as the said Order) in the public interest under and the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016);
And whereas, in view of the exigencies prevailing globally, the Central Government, in consultation with Bureau, has taken cognizance of the supply chain disruption and is satisfied that to ensure availability of the n-Butyl Acrylate, it is necessary and expedient to suspend the operation of the said Order temporarily;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act 2016, (11 of 2016), and being of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, the Central Government after consultation with the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby makes the following amendment to the said Order, namely:-
In the n-Butyl Acrylate (Quality Control) Order, 2021, in paragraph 2, in the proviso, for the figures, letters and word “10th July, 2026”, the figures, letters and word “31st July, 2026” shall be substituted.
