नई दिल्ली, 12 फरवरी, 2026

का.आ. 775(अ).— भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार काब्यूरो से परामर्श करने के उपरांतयह मत है कि यह जनहित में आवश्यक अथवा हितकर हैं, अतः एतदद्वारा ऐसे माल या वस्तुओं के आयात को, जिनकी खेप का लदान पत्रगुणवत्ता नियंत्रण आदेशों के लागू होने की तारीख से पूर्व प्रेषित किया गया हो तथा जिनका आगत पत्र संबंधित गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण आदेशों के कार्यान्वयन की तारीख को या उसके एक सौ अस्सी दिनों के भीतर का हो, निम्नलिखित तालिका के कॉलम (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण आदेशों के संबंध में, छूट प्रदान करती है, अर्थात्:-

टिप्पण:-

1. यह छूट इस शर्त के अध्यधीन होगी कि आयातक, अपने अधिकृत हस्ताक्षरकर्ता द्वारा विधिवत हस्ताक्षरित अपने लेटरहेड पर, ऐसी खेप के निकासी के सात दिनों के भीतरलदान का बिलतथाप्रवेश का बिलकी प्रति एवं उनके सहायक दस्तावेज भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो को उपलब्ध कराएगा।
2. यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगी।

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade) ORDER

New Delhi, the 12th February, 2026

S.O. 775(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient in the public interest, after consulting the Bureau, hereby exempts import of such goods or articles in consignment with Bill of Landing having shipped before the date of implementation of the Quality Control Orders and Bill of Entry on or before one hundred and eighty days after the date of implementation of the Quality Control Orders specified in column (4) of the following Table, namely:-

Note: -

1. This exemption is subject to the condition that the importer shall provide the Bureau in its letter head duly signed by its authorised signatory, a copy of the Bill of Lading and Bill of Entry and its supporting documents within seven days of clearance of such consignment.
2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
