का.आ. 1709(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार की, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16
द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने के पश्चात, यह राय है दक लोकजहत में ऐसा
करना आर्श्यक या समीचीन है, ऑर्थो फॉस्ट् फोरस एजसड (क् र्ाजलटी जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2021 का आगे और संिोधन करने के
जलए जनम्नजलजखत आदेि करती है, अर्थावत्:-
1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इस आदेि का संजिप् त नाम ऑर्थो फॉस्ट् फोरस एजसड (क् र्ाजलटी जनयंत्रण) संिोधन
आदेि, 2024 है।
(2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।
2. ऑर्थो फॉस्ट् फोरस एजसड (क् र्ाजलटी जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2021 में, सारणी के बाद जनम्नजलजखत परंतुक रखा िाएगा,
अर्थावत्: --
"बिते, इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से 90 ददनों की अर्जध के जलए उर्वरकों के उत्पादन में ऑर्थो
फॉस्ट्फोररक एजसड का कच्चे माल के रूप में उपयोग दकए िाने पर इस आदेि का कुछ भी लागू नहीं होगा"।

खंड (ii) में का.आ. संख् याक 2335 (अ), तारीख 15 िून, 2021 द्वारा प्रकाजित दकया गया र्था और तत् पश्चात
अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 4914 (अ) तारीख 29 नर्ंबर, 2021 और का.आ. 2225(अ) तारीख 13 मई, 2022
द्वारा संिोजधत दकया गया र्था।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 13th April, 2024
S.O. 1709(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act,
2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is
necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Ortho
Phosphoric Acid (Quality Control) Order, 2021, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. ─ (1) This Order may be called the Ortho Phosphoric Acid (Quality Control)
Amendment Order, 2024.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ortho Phosphoric Acid (Quality Control) Order, 2021, after the table, the following proviso shall be inserted,
namely: -
“Provided that, nothing in this Order shall apply to the Ortho Phosphoric Acid when used as raw material in
production of fertilizers for a period of ninety days from the date of publication of this notification”.

Note: The Ortho Phosphoric Acid (Quality Control) Order, 2021 was published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 2335(E), dated 15th June, 2021 and
subsequently amended vide notification numbers S.O. 4914(E) dated 29th November, 2021 and S.O. 2225(E)
dated 13th May, 2022.
