मॉलल्डंग और एक्सट्रूिन के जलए पॉलीइजिलीन सामग्री (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आदेि, 2025
का.आ. 2560(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार की, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16
द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने के पश्चात, यह राय है दक लोकजहत में ऐसा
करना आर्श्यक है, मॉलल्डंग और एक्सट्रूिन के जलए पॉलीइजिलीन सामग्री (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2022 का और
संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आदेि करती है, अिावत:
1. (1) इस आदेि का संजिप्त नाम मॉलल्डंग और एक्सट्रूिन के जलए पॉलीइजिलीन सामग्री (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण)
संिोधन आदेि, 2025 है।
(2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।
2. मॉलल्डंग और एक्सट्रूिन के जलए पॉलीइजिलीन सामग्री (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आदेि, 2022 के पैरा 1
के, उप-पैरा (3) के परंतुक में :

मद (ग) और उससे संबंजधत प्रजर्जियों का लोप दकया िाएगा :

POLYETHYLENE MATERIAL FOR MOULDING AND EXTRUSION (QUALITY CONTROL)
ORDER, 2025
S.O. 2560(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards
Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, being of
the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following order further to
amend the Polyethylene Material for Moulding and Extrusion (Quality Control) Order, 2022, namely: -
1. (1) This Order may be called the Polyethylene Material for Moulding and Extrusion (Quality
Control) Amendment Order, 2025.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Polyethylene Material for Moulding and Extrusion (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in
paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (3), in the proviso; -
(i) Item (c) and the entries relating thereto shall be Omitted;
(ii) after item (g), the following item shall be inserted, namely_
“(h) High density polyethylene for pharmaceutical moulding EP /USP grade CAS No.
25087-34-7 for manufacturing of Disposable Hypodermic Syringes plunger and IV
Catheter/cannula”.
