का.आ. 2788(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16 द्वारा
प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह राय रखते हुए दक लोकजहत में ऐसा करना आर्श्यक या समीचीन है, भारतीय मानक
ब्यूरो से परामिव करने के पश्चात, मोलल्डंग और एक्सट्रूज़न के जलए पॉलीप्रोजपलीन (पीपी) सामग्री (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि,
2024 का और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आदेि करती है, अर्ावत:
1. (1) इस आदेि का संजिप्त नाम मोलल्डंग और एक्सट्रूज़न के जलए पॉलीप्रोजपलीन (पीपी) सामग्री (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) संिोधन
आदेि, 2025 है।
(2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।
2. मोलल्डंग और एक्सट्रूज़न के जलए पॉलीप्रोजपलीन (पीपी) सामग्री (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2024, में पैरा 1 के, उप-पैरा
(2) के स्ट्र्ान पर जनम्नजलजखत उप-पैरा रखा िाएगा, अर्ावत:-

POLYPROPYLENE (PP) MATERIALS FOR MOULDING AND EXTRUSION (QUALITY CONTROL)
AMENDMENT ORDER, 2025
S.O. 2788(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act,
2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, being of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public
interest, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby makes the following Order further to amend the
Polypropylene (PP) Materials for Moulding and Extrusion (Quality Control) Order, 2024, namely: -
1. (1) This order may be called the Polypropylene (PP) Materials for Moulding and Extrusion (Quality Control)
Amendment Order, 2025.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Polypropylene (PP) Materials for Moulding and Extrusion (Quality Control) Order, 2024, in paragraph 1, for
sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2) It shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2025.”
