L.-33004/99 xxxGIDHxxx xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण् ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार से प्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY खान मंत्रालय आदेि नई ददल्ली, 17 अप्रैल, 2025 का.आ. 1768(अ).—भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 17 और धारा 25 की उपधारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 की उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिश के पश्चात् केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह मत है दक लोक जहत में ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, जनम्नजलजखत आदेि पाठरत करती है, अथाशत्:- 1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इस आदेि का संजिप्त नाम पठरष्कृत िस्ट्ता (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2025 है। (2) यह आदेि इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से छह मास से प्रवृत्त होगा। 2. लागू होना.- यह आदेि नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्ट्तम्भ (1) में जवजनर्दशष्ट माल या वस्ट्तुओं के संबंध में लागू होगा, लेदकन जनयाशत के जलए जनजमत्त माल या वस्ट्तुओं पर लागू नहीं होगा। 3. मानक जचह्न का अजनवायश उपयोग.- सारणी के स्ट्तंभ (1) में जवजनर्दशष्ट माल या वस्ट्तुएं उि सारणी के स्ट्तंभ (2) में जवजनर्दशष्ट तत्संबंधी भारतीय मानक के अनुरूप होंगी तथा भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो (अनुरूपता जनधाशरण) जवजनयम, 2018 की अनुसूची-2 की स्ट्कीम-1 के अनुसार भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से अनुज्ञज‍ त के अधीन मानक जचह्न होगा। सं. 1735] नई ददल्ली, बृहस्ट् पजतवार, अप्रैल 17, 2025/चैत्र 27, 1947 No. 1735] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, APRIL 17, 2025/CHAITRA 27, 1947 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-17042025-262518 CG-DL-E-17042025-262518 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] 4. प्रमाणन और प्रवतशन प्राजधकरण.- भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो उि सारणी के स्ट्तंभ (1) में जवजनर्दशष्ट मालया वस्ट्तु के जलए प्रमाणन और प्रवतशन प्राजधकरण होगा। सारणी माल या वस्ट्तुएं भारतीय मानक भारतीय मानक का िीर्शक (1) (2) (3) पठरष्कृत िस्ट्ता आईएस 209:2024 पठरष्कृत िस्ट्ता - जवजनदेि ठि‍ पण.-उपयुशि सारणी के प्रयोिनों के जलए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो द्वारा समय-समय पर यथा अजधसूजचत भारतीय मानकों का नवीनतम संस्ट्करण, ऐसी अजधसूचना की तारीख से लागू होगा। [फा. सं. 02/7/2025-ईएस] िकील आलम, आर्थशक सलाहकार MINISTRY OF MINES ORDER New Delhi, the 17th April, 2025 S.O. 1768(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 16 read with section 17 and sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following Order, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Refined Zinc (Quality Control) Order, 2025. (2) This Order shall come into force with effect from six months from the date of publication of this notification. 2. Application.- This Order shall apply in relation to goods or article specified in column (1) of the Table below, but shall not apply to goods or article meant for export. 3. Compulsory use of Standard Mark.- The goods or articles specified in the column (1) of the Table shall conform to the corresponding Indian Standard specified in column (2) of the said Table and shall bear the Standard Mark under a license from the Bureau of Indian Standards as per Scheme-1 of Schedule-II of the Bureau of Indian Standards (Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018. 4. Certification and enforcement authority.- The Bureau of Indian Standards shall be the certifying and enforcing authority for the goods or articles specified in the column (1) of the said Table.
