का.आ. 165(अ).— भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार का, ब्यूरो से परामर्श करने के बाद यह मत है कि यह जनहित में आवश्यक अथवा हितकर है, वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय, उद्योग संवर्धन और आंतरिक व्यापार विभाग, भारत सरकार के फ्लक्स कॉर्ड शोल्डर वायर (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण) आदेश, 2023, अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ 4092(अ), दिनांक 18 सितंबर, 2023, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाशित की गई थी, को निरस्त करती है, सिवाय उन कार्यों के जो इसे निरस्त करने से पहले किए गए हों या जिन का लोप किया गया हो।
- यह अधिसूचना आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होगी।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 12th January, 2026
S.O. 165(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest and after consulting the Bureau, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Flux Cored Solder Wire (Quality Control) Order, 2023 issued vide number S.O. 4092(E), dated the 18th September, 2023, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
- This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
