S.O. 5141(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government being of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 3931(E), dated the 13th September, 2021, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the 22nd September, 2021, relating to Polyurethanes with immediate effect.
