का.आ. 5307(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामर्श करने के पश्चात, यह राय होने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, एतद्द्वारा भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय की पिरीडीन (क्वालिटी नियंत्रण) आदेश, 2020 से संबंधित अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1890(अ), दिनांक 16 जून, 2020, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप खंड (ii) प्रकाशित हुई थी, को तत्काल प्रभाव से निरस्त करती है।

S.O. 5307(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, being of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals relating to the Pyridine (Quality Control) Order, 2020 issued vide number S.O. 1890(E), dated the 16th June, 2020, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), with immediate effect.
