का.आ. 3597(अ).— िबदक भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 17 और धारा
25 की उप-धारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 की उप-धारा (1) और (2) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए “सौर
प्रकािवोल्टीय, प्रणाजलयां, उपकरण और घटक वस्ट् तुएं (अजनवाया पंिीकरण की आवश्यकता) आिेि, 2017” को अजधक्रमण
करते हुए, ऐसे अजधक्रमण से पूवा दकए गए या लोजपत जवषयों को छोड़कर, केन्द र सरकार ने आजधकाठरक रािपत्र में इसके
प्रकािन की जतथी से एक सौ अस्ट्सी दिनों की समाजि पर लागू होने की जतथी के साथ ताजलका में िाजमल पांच उत्पािों के
जलए दिनांक 27.01.2025 को का.आ. 492 (अ) के माध् यम से "सौर प्रणाजलयों, उपकरणों और संघटक माल आिेि, 2025"
िारी दकया है।
2. और िबदक, सीजमत परीक्षण सुजवधाओं की उपलब्धता को िेखते हुए और अनुपालना के जलए अजधक समय प्रिान
करते हुए, 200 दकलोवाट (अथाात, >200 दकलोवाट) से अजधक क्षमता के एसपीवी इनवटारों (मि 4-5) के जलए "सौर
प्रणाजलयां, उपकरण और संघटक माल आिेि, 2025" का कायाान्दवयन दिनांक 30.06.2026 तक या अगले आिेिों तक, िो
भी पहले हो, स्ट्व-प्रमाणन के आधार पर, इस िता के अधीन बढाया िाता है दक ऐसे जवजनमााताओं के पास इन मिों के जलए
उक् त आिेि में जवजनर्िाष् ट भारतीय मानकों (मि संख्या 4 के जलए IS 16221 (Part 2): 2015/ IEC 62109-2: 2011 &
IS/IEC 61683: 1999 और मि संख्या 5 के जलए IS 16221 (Part 2): 2015/ IEC 62109-2: 2011, IS 16169:

मान्दयता प्राि परीक्षण प्रयोगिालाओं से परीक्षण ठरपोटा हों, जिससे आिेि का सुचारू कायाान्दवयन हो सके।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th August, 2025
S.O. 3597 (E).— whereas in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 16 read
with section 17 and sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016) and in
supersession of the Solar Photovoltaics, Systems, Devices and Components Goods (Requirements for Compulsory
Registration) Order, 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central
Government had issued “Solar Systems, Devices and Components Goods Order, 2025” vide S.O. 492 (E) dated
27.01.2025 for five products included in the table with the date of coming into force on the expiry of one hundred and
eighty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. And whereas, in view of the availability of limited test facilities and providing more time for compliance, the
implementation of “Solar Systems, Devices and Components Goods Order, 2025” for SPV inverters (items 4-5) of the
capacity more than 200 kW (i.e., >200kW) stands extended till 30.06.2026 or till further orders, whichever is earlier,
based on self-certification, subject to the condition that such manufacturers have valid IEC certificates corresponding
to Indian standards (IS 16221 (Part 2): 2015/ IEC 62109-2: 2011 & IS/IEC 61683: 1999 for item No. 4 and IS 16221
(Part 2): 2015/ IEC 62109-2: 2011, IS 16169: 2019/ IEC 62116: 2014 & IS 17980: 2022/IEC 62891:2020 for item
No. 5), specified in the said order for these items and test reports from accredited test labs, for smooth implementation
of the order.
