का.आ. 4651(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार की भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 25 की
उपधारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने के
पश्चात यह राय है दक लोकजहत में ऐसा करना आर्श्यक या समीचीन है, एदिलोजनराइल (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आिेि, 2022
का और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आिेि करती है, अथावत्:-
1. (1) इस आिेि का संजिप् त नाम एदिलोजनराइल (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) िूसरा संिोधन आिेि, 2024 है।
(2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।

ACRYLONITRILE (QUALITY CONTROL) SECOND AMENDMENT, ORDER, 2024
S.O. 4651(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of
the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian
Standards, being of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the
following Order further to amend the Acrylonitrile (Quality Control) Order, 2022, namely: -
1.
(1) This order may be called the Acrylonitrile (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Acrylonitrile (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-
paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2)
It shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2025”.

का.आ. 4652(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार की भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 25 की

MALEIC ANHYDRIDE (QUALITY CONTROL) SECOND AMENDMENT, ORDER, 2024
S.O. 4652(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of

paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —

It shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2025”.

(1) This order may be called the Styrene (Vinyl Benzene) (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Styrene (Vinyl Benzene) (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following
sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2)
It shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2025”.
