.आ. 4066(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 17 और धारा 25
की उप धारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह राय रखते हुए दक लोकजहत में ऐसा करना
आर्श्यक या समीचीन है तथा भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने के पश्चात, 50 दकग्रा सीमेंट की पैकेजजग के जलए कपडा – उच् च
घनत्र् के पॉलीएजथलीन (एचडीपीई) / पॉलीप्रोजपलीन (पीपी) बुने हुए बोरे (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2023 का और संिोधन करने के
जलए जनम्नजलजखत आदेि करती है, अथावत:
1. (1) इस आदेि का संजिप्त नाम 50 दकग्रा सीमेंट की पैकेजजग के जलए कपडा - उच् च घनत्र् के पॉलीएजथलीन (एचडीपीई) /
पॉलीप्रोजपलीन (पीपी) बुने हुए बोरे (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आदेि, 2025 है।
(2) यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।
2. 50 दकग्रा सीमेंट की पैकेजजग के जलए कपडा - उच् च घनत्र् के पॉलीएजथलीन (एचडीपीई) / पॉलीप्रोजपलीन (पीपी) बुने हुए बोरे
(क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2023, के पैरा 1 में, उप-पैरा (2) के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत उप पैरा रखा जाएगा, अथावत:
“(2) यह आदेि 6 जनर्री, 2026 को प्रर्ृत्त होगा”।

का.आ. 5178(अ), तारीख 6 ददसंबर, 2023 द्वारा प्रकाजित दकया गया था और तत्पश्चात अजधसूचना संखयांक का.आ. 2181(अ),
तारीख 4 जून, 2024, का.आ. 3938 (अ), तारीख 13 जसतंबर, 2024, का.आ. 5261 (अ), तारीख 6 ददसंबर, 2024 और

New Delhi, the 4th September, 2025
S.O. 4066(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with section 17 and sub-section (3) of
Section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, being of the opinion
that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest and after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards,
hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Textiles — High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)/Polypropylene
(PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging of 50 kg Cement (Quality Control) Order, 2023, namely: -
1. (1) This Order may be called the Textiles — High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)/ Polypropylene (PP) Woven
Sacks for Packaging of 50 kg Cement (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2025.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Textiles — High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)/Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging of 50 kg
Cement (Quality Control) Order, 2023, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be
substituted, namely: —
“(2)
It shall come into force on the 6th day of January, 2026”.

Sub-section (ii), vide notification number S.O. 5178(E), dated the 6th December, 2023 and subsequently amended vide
notification numbers S.O. 2181(E), dated the 4th June, 2024, S.O. 3938(E), dated the 13th September 2024,
S.O. 5261(E), dated the 6th December, 2024 and S.O. 2551(E), dated the 11th June, 2025.

1. (1) इस आदेि का संजिप्त नाम डाक की छंटाई, भंडारण, पठरर्हन और जर्तरण के जलए कपडा - पॉलीप्रोजपलीन (पीपी)/उच्च घनत्र्
पॉलीएजथलीन (एचडीपीई) लैजमनेठटड बुने हुए बोरे (क् र्ाजलटी जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आदेि, 2025 है।
(2) यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।
2. डाक की छंटाई, भंडारण, पठरर्हन और जर्तरण के जलए कपडा - पॉलीप्रोजपलीन (पीपी)/उच्च घनत्र् पॉलीएजथलीन (एचडीपीई)
लैजमनेठटड बुने हुए बोरे (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आदेि, 2023, के पैरा 1 में, उप-पैरा (2) के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत उप पैरा रखा
जाएगा, अथावत:
“(2) यह आदेि 6 जनर्री, 2026 को प्रर्ृत्त होगा”।

Order, 2025.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Textiles — Polypropylene (PP)/ High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Laminated Woven Sacks for Mail
Sorting, Storage, Transport and Distribution (Quality Control) Order, 2023, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the
