का.आ. 3938(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार की, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16
द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने के पश्चात, यह राय है दक लोकजहत में ऐसा
करना आर्श्यक या समीचीन है, 50 दकलोग्राम सीमेंट की पैकेजिंग के जलए कपडा- उच् च घनत्र् के पॉलीएजिलीन
(एचडीपीई)/पॉलीप्रोजपलीन (पीपी) बुने हुए बोरे (क् र्ाजलटी जनयंत्रण) आिेि, 2023 का और संिोधन करने के जलए
जनम्नजलजखत आिेि करती है, अिावत्:-
1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ - (1) इस आिेि का संजिप् त नाम 50 दकलोग्राम सीमेंट की पैकेजिंग के जलए कपडा- उच् च
घनत्र् के पॉलीएजिलीन (एचडीपीई)/पॉलीप्रोजपलीन (पीपी) बुने हुए बोरे (क् र्ाजलटी जनयंत्रण) िूसरा संिोधन आिेि

TEXTILES — HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE (HDPE) / POLYPROPYLENE (PP) WOVEN SACKS
FOR PACKAGING OF 50 KG CEMENT (QUALITY CONTROL) SECOND AMENDMENT ORDER 2024
S.O. 3938(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act,
2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public
interest and after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby makes the following Order further to amend the
Textiles — High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) / Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging 50 kg Cement
(Quality Control) Order, 2023, namely: -
1. Short title and commencement. – (1) This order may be called the Textiles — High Density Polyethylene
(HDPE) /Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging of 50 kg Cement (Quality Control) Second Amendment
Order, 2024.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Textiles — High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) / Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging of 50 kg
Cement (Quality Control) Order, 2023, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be
substituted, namely: —
“(2) It shall come into force on the 6th day of December, 2024”.

कपडा- पॉलीप्रोजपलीन (पीपी)/उच्च घनत्र् के पॉलीएिीलीन (एचडीपीई) लेजमनेटटड बुने हुए बोरे (क् र्ाजलटी जनयंत्रण)
िूसरा संिोधन आिेि 2024 है।
(2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।

Polyethylene (HDPE) Laminated Woven Sacks for Mail Sorting, Storage, Transport and Distribution (Quality
Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Textiles — Polypropylene (PP)/ High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Laminated Woven Sacks for Mail
Sorting, Storage, Transport and Distribution (Quality Control) Order, 2023, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the
