का.आ. 2180(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त
िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने के पश्चात, यह राय है दक लोकजहत में ऐसा करना आर्श्यक या
समीचीन है, उर्वरकों की पैकेजिंग के जलए कपडा- उच्च घनत्र् र्ाले पॉलीएथीलीन (एचडीपीई)/पॉलीप्रोजपलीन (पीपी) बुने हुए बोरें
(क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2023 का और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आदेि करती है, अथावत्:-
1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ- (1) इस आदेि का संजिप् त नाम उर्वरकों की पैकेजिंग के जलए कपडा- उच्च घनत्र् र्ाले पॉलीएथीलीन
(एचडीपीई)/पॉलीप्रोजपलीन (पीपी) बुने हुए बोरें (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आदेि, 2024 है।
(2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।
2. उर्वरकों की पैकेजिंग के जलए कपडा- उच्च घनत्र् र्ाले पॉलीएथीलीन (एचडीपीई)/पॉलीप्रोजपलीन (पीपी) बुने हुए बोरें (क्वाजलटी
जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2023 के, पैरा 1 में, उप पैरा (2) के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्नजलजखत उप पैरा रखा िाएगा, अथावत्: -
"(2) यह 06 जसतंबर, 2024 को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।"

New Delhi, the 4th June, 2024
S.O. 2180(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016
(11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is necessary or
expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Textiles—High Density
Polyethylene (HDPE) /Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging Fertilizers (Quality Control) Order, 2023, namely: -
1. Short title and commencement- (1) This order may be called the Textiles—High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)
/Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging Fertilizers (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Textiles—High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) /Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging Fertilizers (Quality
Control) Order, 2023, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2) It shall come into force on the 06th day of September, 2024”.

पर, जनम्नजलजखत उप पैरा रखा िाएगा, अथावत्: -
