Acceptance of Transactions from NRI Clients Residing in Canada under Edelweiss Mutual Fund Schemes and SIF

Members are hereby informed that Edelweiss Mutual Fund has communicated to the Exchange that transactions from Non-Resident Indian (NRI) investors residing in Canada will be accepted under the schemes of Edelweiss Mutual Fund and Edelweiss Specialized Investment Fund (SIF) on the BSE StAR MF Platform with effect from September 18, 2026.

Members are required to obtain the prescribed declaration form duly signed by the investor(s) and submit the same to the RTA as per the process outlined below.

1. Submission of Original Declaration Form:

The original declaration form, along with a separate sheet containing the respective transaction numbers, should be sent to the following RTA address:

"Declaration Form for the Canada Investors - Edelweiss Mutual Fund"

Additionally, a separate sheet containing the relevant transaction numbers should be enclosed within the cover.

3. Submission of Scanned Copy:

A scanned copy of the duly signed declaration form must be emailed to the following recipients on the same day as the transaction:

Members are requested to ensure that the above requirements are duly fulfilled to enable the seamless processing of transactions for NRI investors residing in Canada across Edelweiss Mutual Fund schemes and SIFs.
