Members are hereby informed that NIPPON INDIA Mutual Fund will be offering NIPPON INDIA QUARTERLY INTERVAL FUND - SERIES II during the Specified Transaction Period (“STP”) from August 07, 2026, to August 10, 2026, on the BSE StAR MF Platform.
During the aforesaid STP, transaction requests (Subscription / Redemption) shall be accepted by NIPPON INDIA Mutual Fund during normal business hours from August 07, 2026, to August 10, 2026, as per the scheme cut-off timings available on the BSE StAR MF Platform. The NAV applicability shall be as per the cut-off timing prescribed, based on the date and time of receipt of the transaction and subject to fund confirmation uploaded/received.

Further, as per the communication received from NIPPON INDIA AMC, MICR Cheque, Nodal, and OTM modes of payment shall not be accepted during the Specified Transaction Period (“STP”) under NIPPON INDIA QUARTERLY INTERVAL FUND - SERIES II.
In case the Exchange does not receive clear funds on the last date of the Specified Transaction Period before 2:30 PM, such transactions shall be liable for rejection, and the corresponding funds shall be refunded to the investor upon receipt of rejection confirmation from the AMC/RTA.
