Trading Members and Market Intermediaries are hereby requested to note that the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) has notified amendments to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy-Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018, dated July 06, 2026.

Pursuant to the aforesaid SEBI Regulations and in continuation of Notice No. 20230328-24, the separate window for buy-back offers shall cease to be available, and trading shall be undertaken through the same window as applicable for the secondary market. All other operational requirements specified in the Operational Guidance – Amendment Regulations, 2018 dated March 08, 2023, shall continue to remain applicable.

Trading Members and Market Intermediaries are requested to take note that the amendment to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy-Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018 shall be applicable to all Open Market Buyback offers where the Board of Directors of the company approves the resolution in relation to the buy-back on or after August 01, 2026.
