BSE has issued operational guidelines for Trading Members regarding the handling of clients' unpaid securities, pursuant to SEBI Circular No. HO/38/11/(9)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/15382/2026 dated July 03, 2026. This is with reference to SEBI Circular No. HO/38/11/(9)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/15382/2026 dated July 03, 2026 on Subject “Handling of Client’s Unpaid Securities by Trading Members”.
In accordance with point number 5 of aforesaid SEBI circular, Operational guidelines in consultation with SEBI, Depositories and Broker’s Industry Standards Forum (ISF) for the implementation of provisions of aforesaid circular is enclosed herewith as Annexure-1.
