Trading Restrictions in SecureKloud Technologies Limited

All Trading Members of the Exchanges

Sub: Order in matter of trading activities of certain entities in the scrip of SecureKloud Technologies Limited.

In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20220804-54 dated August 04, 2022, and Notice no 20221216-53 dated December 16, 2022, on the captioned matter.

SEBI vide its order no. QJA/SS/IVD-2/ID9/32543/2026-27 dated July 31, 2026, has inter-alia issued following directions:

• Prohibit and restrain Noticees No.1 and 2 from accessing the securities market and further prohibit from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities (including units of mutual funds), directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of 2 years from the date of this order.
• It is hereby clarified the period of restraint imposed vide this Order (in para 99) shall commence after the expiration of the period of restraint imposed upon Noticee No. 1 and 2, vide the Final Order dated December 16, 2022. Rest all the directions and the obligation to pay monetary penalty shall come into force with immediate effect.
• Show Cause Notice dated September 10, 2025 stands disposed against Noticee No. 3 without any direction and with regard to Noticee No. 1 and 2, in terms of the above directions/penalties.

This Order is effective from the date of the order.

A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.

Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
