What changed
Trading members must conduct a system audit for the period ending March 31, 2026, and submit the required reports to the Exchange through the System Audit Reporting module. Members log into the BEFS portal, and auditors log into the Cymmetri portal. The audit periods include half-yearly, yearly, and once-in-two-years intervals. Members submit the audit plan by June 05, 2026, the preliminary audit report by June 30, 2026, and the action taken report by September 30, 2026, where applicable. Annexure A and Annexure B provide user manuals for members and auditors.

To All Members,
This is with reference to Exchange Notice No. 20260422-34 dated 22 April 2026, regarding the System Audit of Stockbrokers / Trading members for the half year/yearly/once in 2 years ended March 31, 2026.
The System Audit Reporting module is currently active and is accessible through the following link. Members can access the module directly by logging into BEFS portal, whereas Auditors need to login into the Cymmetri portal.

Trading members are required to conduct system audit for period ending March 31, 2026, and submit the report to the Exchange as per the timelines specified below.
