S.O. 4276(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (ii) of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 138 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, the Central Government hereby specifies ‘Principal Secretary to Government & Chairman, Odisha Computer Application Centre (OCAC), Department of Electronics & Information Technology (E&IT), Government of Odisha’ for the purposes of identifying genuine beneficiaries for social welfare schemes of Government of Odisha.
