2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department Of Revenue) (CENTRAL BOARD OF DIRECT TAXES) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th May, 2024 (INCOME-TAX) S.O. 2106(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of the proviso to sub-section (3) of section 206CCA of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies the Reserve Bank of India to be a person referred to in the said clause. 2.
