MINISTRY OF LAW AND JUSTICE (DEPARTMENT OF LEGAL AFFAIRS) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2nd November, 2018 No. A-12023(1)/15/2016-Admn.-III (LA).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section 3 of Section 252 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government is pleased to appoint Mr. Justice Pradipkumar Premshankar Bhatt, Former Judge, High Court of Gujarat, as President, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, with effect from the forenoon of 24th October, 2018 and till he attains the age of 65 years, i.e. 5th September, 2021, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
