The Proposed Transaction is notifiable under under Section 6(2) of the Competition Act, 2002 (as amended) read with Regulation 5(1) of the Competition Commission of India (Combinations) Regulations, 2024.
The Acquirer is incorporated in Canada and is managed by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB).
