OMERS Infrastructure Asia Holdings Pte. Ltd. proposed to increase its shareholding in Azure Power Global Limited, whose group develops, operates and sells solar power in India. The parties notified the transaction under section 5(a)(i)(A) of the Competition Act, 2002.

Westview Cricket Limited and Poonawalla Sports And Fitness Private Limited proposed to acquire the Rajasthan Royals, Paarl Royals and Barbados Royals franchises through EM Sporting Holdings Limited and Royal Multisport Private Limited. The parties state there is no business overlap in India.

A combination notice covers a proposed acquisition of 50 percent of Great White Global Private Limited by the EAAA acquiring entities and the continuing promoter, with a merger of the acquisition SPV into Great White, and sole control of ITVIS Innovations Private Limited for Mr. Mehul Shah. The parties operate in fast-moving electrical goods.
