Subject: Amendment for extension of validity of Minimum Export Price (MEP) on export of Natural Honey – regarding.
S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, as amended from time to time, and in amendment of the earlier Notification No. 52/2025-26 dated 31.12.2025, the Central Government hereby extends the validity of the existing Minimum Export Price condition of Natural Honey under ITC(HS) code 04090000 of Schedule-II (Export Policy), as under, with immediate effect:-
