The Directorate General of Foreign Trade amends the declarations of ANF-4J for the issuance of Diamond Imprest Authorisation under the Handbook of Procedures 2023. The authority inserts four new declarations after declaration number six and renumbers the existing declaration number seven to number eleven. Applicants seeking the authorisation must hold a valid Two Star or higher status and file all required Income Tax Returns and Goods and Services Tax returns. Applicants must abide by the Pre-Import Condition and the Actual User Condition. Applicants must submit only one application for the current financial year.

Subject: Amendment in ANF-4J for issuance of Diamond Imprest Authorisation (DIA)
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby amends the declarations of ANF-4J meant for issuance of Diamond Imprest Authorisation (DIA) under the Handbook of Procedures 2023:
Effect of the Public Notice: The additional declarations have been added in ANF-4J.
