The import of roller chains and parts under codes 73151100, 73151900, and 73159000 is restricted if the CIF value is less than 235 rupees per kilogram. Importers must follow this restriction with immediate effect.

Subject: Amendment in Import Policy Condition of Roller chain and parts thereof covered under Chapter 73 of ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule – I (Import Policy)-regarding.
S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 and Section 5 of Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the Policy Condition of items covered under specific HS codes of Chapter 73 of ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule – I (Import Policy), with immediate effect, as under:
