Subject: Amendment in Para 1.25 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023.
S.O. (E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Para 1.25 (d) of FTP, 2023, with immediate effect:

Provided that for grant of One Star Export House status (other than for Gems &Jewelry Sector), export performance in any two out of the three preceding financial years shall be sufficient. |
Effect of this Notification:
The Para 1.25(d) of the FTP, 2023 is amended to allow granting of One Star Export House status to applicants (other than for Gems & Jewelry Sector) who possess export performance in any two out of the three preceding financial years subject to other provisions of Para 1.25 of FTP, 2023
